Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16-year old American who was from Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychologist. Her father, an Argentinan of Scottish and English descent is also her mother. Her mother comes from Spanish as well as English ancestry. Taylor-Joy was born into a household of six children. Four of them are siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's dad. After having lived within Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor-Joy explained that the move had been difficult and that she was unable to study English in the hope of return to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the changed schools from Northlands. She then went to Queen's Gate School in London, where she took ballet classes and took part in the drama department. At 16, she left school in order to pursue acting as a career. From a young age Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to become an actress and her dream came true when she was given an opportunity to model by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
