Harry

Harry Edward Styles - also called Harry Styles - is a British musician and songwriter. Harry Styles has been acknowledged as the composer in The One Direction band. In Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where together with three students, he formed his musical group, White Eskimo. White Eskimo won 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the excellent presentation they gave. Although he has always shown interest in music he also wanted to be a lawyer or physiotherapist. To support the needs of his children, he worked a short time working part-time at a bakery. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) during the auditions in 2010 in The X Factor. His band was forced to split up because of the fact that they were selected. After the audition in The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join the band to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to form the band in the year 2010. During the competition the band played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls for the prize. The group was however placed third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Even though Harry Styles and his group did not win Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with Syco Records. Syco Record label.
